Revised Certificates of Irradiation

One of our key suppliers STERIS (formerly Synergy Healthcare) is changing the layout of its certicates of irradiation.

All key fields such as a unique Micronclean reference (for traceability), dose range, minimum and maximum dose achieved, product code and batch number are present in the new layout which will start to be introduced during the next few weeks.

This a change being introduced by STERIS as part of the introduction of a new Operations Data Management System at each of their processing sites.
